Resurf® CRE
Resurf® CRE is an epoxy based pourable mortar. It uses the same epoxy and hardener as Resurf® VO-21 with a CRE aggregate blend for a variety of specialty projects. This self-leveling mortar is used to repair spalled concrete and joints in wet to underwater environments (non-vertical and overhead).
Resurf® CRE is an epoxy based system perfect for applications that require better chemical resistant properties. It is also the recommended method for grouting in anchors anywhere gravity can work for you.
Resurf® CRE is excellent for filling and sealing cracks.

Resurf® CRE is ideally suited for grouting in anchor bolts and crack repair in very wet areas.
Resurf® CRE Application
Drill a hole to the desired depth and slightly wider than the anchor to be placed. If using all-thread, be sure to "flat spot" the bottom 3 inches. This helps lock it in and prevents the anchor turning out when tightened.
Be sure to blow out the hole from the bottom up when cleaning. This insures that no debris is left in the bottom of the hole.
Fill hole nearly full with mixed CRE and place the anchor. Wipe away any excess epoxy that squeezes out, being careful to not foul the threads. Overnight cure is recommended for maximum strength.
