Epoxy systems are useless for emergency (and even routine) repairs in cool-cold weather. Resurf® II or Resurf® LR and Resurf® Joint Forming and Sealing Systems can open Interstate Highway emergency closures in a few hours (any time of the year, at any temperature) if crews are trained, stocked, and equipped.
